Delivery and Charges
Stocks of our new Autumn/Winter shoe styles should be in place by early September, and our "Cinderella" shoes will be arriving in mid October. If you pre-order before items have arrived to guarantee best delivery, please note that your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
UK
The packaging, postage and insurance charge for each item in the UK is £4.00/shoes and £5.75/boots. Items are sent First Class and as such should reach you very quickly, but do please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
EEC countries
The packaging, postage and insurance charge for each item is £6.25/shoes and £7.75/boots
Europe (non EEC countries) & the rest of the world
List price less VAT (17.1/2%) Plus £3.00 service charge plus actual airmail postage
What if they don't fit - How do I return them?
All goods are sent "on approval". If you are unhappy with them for any reason, simply return unworn within seven days with the receipt for an exchange or a refund, just as you wish. We suggest you use letter post, and obtain a free receipt when posting. If you wish to try the same shoe in another size or fitting, we will send these post free.

If you wish to place an order for a style that you are not sure about or if you have any other problem ordering online simply call us. We are waiting to help and our friendly and attentive staff will be delighted to take your call.
It is a good idea to keep a record of the names of the shoes that you purchase from us and the corresponding sizes as this will help us to gauge your size in future styles
